Privacy Policy

In short: we don't collect, store, sell or share anyone's personal data. Viri Clip Studio runs on the creator's own computer and talks only to TikTok, to upload the creator's own videos to their own drafts.
1. This website
- miryoku.dev is a static website. It has no accounts, forms, cookies, analytics or advertising.
- Our hosting provider (Cloudflare) processes standard technical data, such as IP addresses and request logs, to deliver and protect the site. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
2. Viri Clip Studio (the TikTok app)
Viri Clip Studio is a desktop tool used by the creator Viri Miryoku on their own computer. When the creator signs in with TikTok, the app asks for two permissions:
- user.info.basic: your TikTok display name, avatar and an account ID, used only to show which account is signed in.
- video.upload: to upload a video you choose to your TikTok inbox as a draft.
What happens to that data:
- The sign-in tokens TikTok issues are stored only on the creator's computer, in a private local file. They're never sent to us or to any server other than TikTok's.
- Videos go straight from the computer to TikTok. We don't keep copies anywhere else.
- We don't collect data about other TikTok users or viewers, and we never sell, rent or share data with anyone.
- The app has no analytics, tracking or advertising.
3. Removing access
You can revoke the app's access at any time in TikTok (Settings and privacy → Security → Apps and services permissions). Revoking makes the stored tokens useless. Deleting the local token file removes them from the computer.
4. Children
The website and the app aren't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone.
5. Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
